Having Pop-Up Community Care as your provider will ensure that you are met with professionalism and respect through-out the planning and delivery of your services and our high quality standards will ensure your care is delivered with a person centred, fund appropriate, and holistic approach.

Our Home Care Services include but aren't limited to:
- NURSING CARE: Wound care, medication management, pain management, chronic disease management and catheter care
- PERSONAL ASSISTANCE: Assistance with showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, meal preparation and feeding
- CONTINENCE MANAGEMENT: Assistance with continence aids/appliances including absorbent aids, commode chairs, bedpans and enemas
- ALLIED HEALTH/THERAPY SERVICES: Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and speech therapy
- TRANSPORT: Assistance with transport to appointments, shopping and other excursions
- SHOPPING: Assistance with shopping
- DOMESTIC ASSISTANCE: House cleaning, laundry, dishes, ironing, bed making and basic repairs.
- GARDENING: Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, pruning and general basic garden maintenance
- MOBILITY AIDS: Assistance with purchasing aids such as walkers, canes, mobility scooters and wheelchairs
- 24 HR IN-HOME CARE: Includes active and inactive shifts
- RESPITE CARE: A break for your primary carer
Our Staff
Your care and safety are important to us. All our care staff providing services go through a thorough interview and screening process and have relevant clearances and qualifications, including National Police Check, DCSI clearances – Aged, Vulnerable, Disabled, qualifications, first aid, manual handling and CPR. All our nurses are AHPRA registered and all our Personal Care Worker staff at Pop-Up Community Care have minimum mandatory standards required including Cert III in Aged Care. |
All care staff are provided with continuing education and training on a regular basis to ensure they are up to date with the latest advancements in health care so our clients receive the best quality care possible.
