DVA Community nursing
We provide In-home nursing care to Veteran clients under the Dept of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program. The DVA Community Nursing Program provides services for entitled persons to meet their assessed clinical and personal care needs.We provide services across all of Metropolitan Adelaide, Yorke Peninsula, Barossa Valley, Kapunda, Quorn, Goolwa, Victor Harbor and the Adelaide Hills region.
Our nursing services are delivered by Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care workers and the aim of the program is to enhance our clients independence at home and health outcomes by avoiding early admission to hospital and/or residential care. Our services include;
